A full field of early 20th-century fireplace tiles from a historic home in LaGrange, near Chicago, made by Fairfield Pottery Co. of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania (circa 1900–1920) — a rarely seen branch of the Pennsylvania ceramic tradition, its glazes soft and luminous. Each tile carries a subtle radiance: pale cream deepening into celadon and smoke gray, touched by a century of warmth, with fine craquelure. 63 full 3-inch square tiles; authentic antique wear with edge nicks, hairlines, and mellow patina — cleaned, sound, and full of character.
