Antique USETCO Classical Profile Portrait Majolica Tile — 6×6

Description

A finely modeled antique majolica tile by the United States Encaustic Tile Company (USETCO), likely 1880s to early 1900s. The design features a classical profile portrait rendered in soft cocoa, taupe, and warm ivory glazes — a richly detailed composition in high relief. The glaze has a beautiful natural sheen with fine historic craquelure, and the molding is exceptionally crisp; a particularly well-preserved example of American architectural ceramic work from the turn of the century.
